If you live in a small place were the rich get richer and the poor get poorer than you know for a fact that is happening everywhere else. “In the US, the term “food desert” is often used to describe a location that has limited access to healthful, nutritious food, especially in low-income neighborhoods” (Food Security & Food Access (GRACE Communications Foundation). No matter where you live you are either going to see or point out which neighborhood or individual is at risk. In my opinion I think my issue would not be solve at the global level because that just goes to more problems and less solutions. Depending on the location because some neighborhoods are as bad as others. “including: poverty and other socio-demographic factors; easeof access to healthful food, rather than lack of access; increased access to unhealthful food choices; exercise/physical activity; and unhealthful food choices related to cultural or economic factors” (Food Security & Food Access (GRACE Communications Foundation). What makes my issue so difficult to address is asking for help and who to get help from because you want to be able to improve your community in order to help others. We as individuals don’t happen to be united or having to understand each other because we come from different places, yet I still think communication would be the most difficult issue to address in the U.S. I think other issues could be interconnected with mine because without that technology or that talk we won’t know what to do or how to do it.
